Semarang – The Creativity and Student Life Program for New Students (PKKMB) Pendikar of the Department of Industrial Chemical Engineering Technology (TRKI), Vocational School, Diponegoro University (Undip) was successfully held with great enthusiasm. This event became an important moment for new students to get to know the academic environment while strengthening their character as the nation’s next generation.
The event was lively, attended by lecturers and educational staff (tendik) who gave full support to its success. A series of activities were arranged to introduce campus life, build solidarity, and foster a sense of togetherness among TRKI’s new students.
The Head of the Industrial Chemical Engineering Technology Study Program, Dr. Endy Julianto, S.T., M.T., expressed high appreciation for the event. “This year’s PKKMB Pendikar is not just an orientation, but also a platform for character building so that students are ready to face challenges both academically and in the professional world. We hope this activity instills discipline, creativity, and integrity from the very beginning of their university journey,” he said.
Furthermore, Dr. Endy emphasized that the support from lecturers and educational staff was the key to the program’s success. “The collaboration between the academic community and new students shows that we are together in building a positive, inclusive, and competitive academic atmosphere,” he added. Through this PKKMB Pendikar, the TRKI Department of Undip Vocational School is optimistic that new students will be able to adapt well and develop their potential, both academically and non-academically.
