Semarang, October 13, 2024 – A team of students from the Chemical Engineering Technology (TRKI) program at Diponegoro University, coordinated by Akbar Arsyadani, achieved 3rd place in the Cheering Competition at the UNDIP RUN 2024 event. This competition is part of the 67th Dies Natalis celebrations of Diponegoro University. The event, held this weekend, attracted many students from various faculties and study programs. It served not only as a competitive platform but also aimed to strengthen camaraderie and a sense of community among the academic community of Diponegoro University.

The TRKI team, led by Akbar Arsyadani and his friends, delivered a high-energy and creative cheering performance. With engaging choreography and spirited chants, the team successfully impressed the judges and the audience present. Their performance created a festive atmosphere that added to the excitement of the Dies Natalis celebrations. Akbar expressed his gratitude and pride in his team’s achievement. “We are very happy and proud to win 3rd place in this Cheering Competition. The preparation we did was not in vain, and this result is the fruit of the hard work of all team members. We hope to continue participating and giving our best in various campus activities,” he said.

This year’s Dies Natalis celebrations at UNDIP included various activities, such as the UNDIP RUN, art performances, seminars, and other competitions involving all campus elements. The event provided students with a platform to showcase their talents and abilities beyond academic fields. The achievement of the TRKI students in the Cheering Competition further strengthens the positive image of the Chemical Engineering Technology program as one that excels not only academically but also actively participates and succeeds in non-academic activities.
