Friday, February 23, 2024‒UNDIP Vocational School has held a PILMAPRES selection which was attended by 13 students from various study programs in the Vocational School. As in previous years, the Industrial Chemical Engineering Technology study program has always been active and participated in this annual activity, and sent the best representatives after going through the study program level selection. This year the Industrial Chemical Engineering Technology study program sent a delegation from the 2021 batch, namely Rofik Wahyu Hidayat who is currently a 6th semester student. Rofik is active in various activities and organizations, and meets the aspects to represent at the faculty and university levels. With the provision that has been given by the accompanying lecturers and maximum preparation, this TRKI representative is able to get 3rd place and will advance to the university level with 2 other representatives.
The annual program held by the Indonesian Talent Development Center (BPTI), Secretariat General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology is one of the prestigious programs and is an event that is always awaited. With this, the S.Tr Industrial Chemical Engineering Technology Study Program is always committed to always being ready to provide its best representatives to compete both at the faculty and university levels and is expected to be able to become UNDIP representatives at the regional and national levels. “True, TRKI is always active and never absent to join this annual event. We always collaborate with active students to be able to prepare all files and achievements so that they can compete nicely, “said the Head of the S.Tr Industrial Chemical Engineering Technology Study Program, Mohamad Endy Julianto, S.T., M.T. Rofik also admitted that he was happy to be able to carry the name of Industrial Chemical Engineering Technology and he was sure that the enthusiasm and support and motivation from various parties such as family, lecturers, and classmates were the spark of enthusiasm in him.
This year’s selection stage is not much different from last year’s selection stage, where participants will carry out several stages starting from the Leading Achievement Portfolio, National Insight, English Language, and Innovative Product Script. Before students register for PILMAPRES, there are several files that need to be prepared such as supporting documents (certificates, written works, articles, and so on), then there are creative ideas in the form of scientific papers, summaries in English, certificates of English language skills, and superior achievement tables. This program is expected to be able to make students capable in all fields so that they can give birth to a multi-talented generation.
