Semarang, July 12, 2024 – The Association of D4 Industrial Chemical Engineering Technology (HMTRKI) at Diponegoro University held a Career Guidance event in collaboration with Pertamina IN2ME. This event will be held for 3 days on July 10, 11, and 12, 2024, online via the Microsoft Teams application, and is open to all students and alumni of the Industrial Chemical Engineering Technology Study Program. The main objective of this event is to provide students and alumni with the knowledge and guidance they need to prepare for the increasingly competitive world of work. This event featured 7 professional and experienced speakers from Pertamina IN2ME who shared their knowledge and experiences regarding the world of work, such as:

- Tips for Creating an Effective CV
- Strategies for Success in Job Interviews
- My Pertamina
Some of the speakers at this event included Aan Kurniawan, Ade Barkah, Andi Adam A, Hary Kuswanto, I Made Wira Pramarta, Sally Bethesda M, and Siska Puspa Sari, each delivering material for one hour. This career guidance was met with great enthusiasm by the participants. Many participants gained new and useful information and insights that will serve as valuable preparation for their future careers.
