Semarang, July 12, 2024 – The Industrial Chemical Engineering Technology D4 Association (HMTRKI) of Diponegoro University held a Career Guidance event in collaboration with Pertamina IN2ME. This event was held for 3 days on July 10, 11, and 12, 2024 online through the Microsoft Teams application and was open to all students and alumni of the Industrial Chemical Engineering Technology Study Program. The main objective of this event is to provide provisions and direction to students and alumni in preparing themselves to face the increasingly competitive world of work. This event presents 7 professional and experienced speakers from Pertamina IN2ME who share their knowledge and experiences about the world of work, such as:

• Knowing Your Potential
• Recruitment Stages
• Tips for Making an Effective CV
• Successful Strategies in Job Interviews
• My Pertamina
Some of the speakers who filled this event included Aan Kurniawan, Ade Barkah, Andi Adam A, Hary Kuswanto, I Made Wira Pramarta, Sally Bethesda M, and Siska Puspa Sari, each providing material for one hour. This Career Guidance was welcomed with high enthusiasm by the participants. Many participants gained new information and insights that were useful as provisions for them in facing the world of work later.
